Welcome to Zenopen. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the world’s most elite automotive marketplace via www.zenopen.click. By entering our digital showroom or engaging in our acquisition services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these prestigious standards.

1. Scope of Service

Zenopen is a premier global platform specializing in the brokerage, sale, and bespoke acquisition of Hypercars, Flagship Supercars, and Limited Edition automotive masterpieces. We reserve the right to curate our inventory and modify these Terms to reflect the evolving nature of the exotic car market.

2. Client Portfolio & Security

  • Elite Access: High-value transactions may require a “Verified Collector” status. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Integrity of Information: You agree to provide accurate and verifiable documentation for vehicle titling and international registration. Zenopen reserves the right to terminate access for any account providing misleading provenance or financial data.

3. Acquisitions, Allocations & Payments

  • Availability: All vehicles are subject to prior sale or removal from the market. Limited-run allocations (build slots) are subject to manufacturer approval.

  • Pricing: Prices for exotic machinery are often subject to market volatility and may be listed as “Price Upon Request” (POR).

  • Payment Protocols: Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, payments are typically executed via secure bank wire transfer or verified escrow services. Cryptographic payments may be accepted under specific compliance protocols.

4. Global Logistics & White-Glove Delivery

  • Specialized Transport: We coordinate with world-class logistics partners for enclosed, climate-controlled shipping or air freight.

  • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to the client upon the vehicle’s departure from the origin facility or upon handover to the specialized carrier, unless otherwise specified in a bespoke sales agreement.

  • Customs & Duties: The purchaser is responsible for all import taxes, luxury car taxes, and compliance modifications required by their local jurisdiction.

5. Inspection, Sales Finality & Refunds

  • Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI): We strongly encourage and facilitate third-party professional inspections for all pre-owned exotic assets prior to final sale.

  • Finality: Given the bespoke and high-value nature of supercars, all sales are considered final once the title has been transferred or the vehicle has departed our facility.

  • Bespoke Commissions: Deposits for custom-built vehicles (Ferrari Tailor Made, Ad Personam, etc.) are non-refundable as per manufacturer policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital Artistry

All content, including high-definition cinematic renders, drone cinematography, and proprietary vehicle descriptions, are the intellectual property of Zenopen. Unauthorized use of our media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct for Connoisseurs

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using automated bots to scrape market pricing or inventory data.

  • Submitting fraudulent “Proof of Funds” or letters of intent.

  • Interfering with the secure operation of our virtual showroom.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenopen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from vehicle performance, track usage, or market depreciation. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional execution of the brokerage or sales service provided.

9. Governing Law & International Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Given the international nature of our clientele, any high-value disputes shall be settled through confidential arbitration to protect the privacy of all parties involved.

10. Bespoke Agreement Supremacy

In the event of a direct vehicle acquisition, a specific Purchase & Sale Agreement (PSA) may be executed. The terms of that legal contract will supersede these general website Terms.
